We got three new chicks. They are named Tank, Midnight, and Chirpy. Chirpy is the one on mommy's hand. She is the best percher. She also drinks the most. Tank eats the most. They are all starting to get tail feathers. Tank is the biggest and has the most feathers. Next is Midnight, then Chirpy. Midnight likes to peck the perching chickens' feet. Tank is the biggest bully. He tries to jump on top of the other chickens. He tries to hog all the food to himself. Midnight is the best at jumping. She once jumped all the way over the perch! They are all growing really fast.

I liked hearing about your three chickens! Take looks pudgy and round, like he eats a lot. I wonder how big they'll be when Grandad and I get to see them in person?
